What is Needskart’s Return Policy? How does it work?

We’re happy to share about the Return policy offered to our customers. With this option, if you don’t like the product or if there is any issue, you will have the option of requesting the return request within 3 days (may vary product to Product. For details, please check the item page at the time of ordering) from product delivery.

The only requirement of the return policy is that the item you’re returning should be in its actual conditions. Tags and packaging should remain intact and the Product should not have been used. Once the item is received at the warehouse, there will be a quality check post which the refund / Replacement will be processed.

Once the return request is successfully submitted, our team will review your request and once the request is approved, our courier partner will be aligned to pick up the order as per your prescribed date and time, subject to availability. The refund will be processed when the product is delivered to our Warehouse and meets the quality parameters of the item. There will be no refund issued if the received product does not pass the quality check.

If the order is cancelled (before it is shipped from our warehouse), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive the order confirmation email and sms once you place the order containing the tracking number, using which you will be able to track the order status. Please make sure you leave the correct contact details and email for us to reach out

What is Needskart’s Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse by contacting our customer support via. writing to us on needskartretail@gmail.com (for more details, please check contact us section). This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode by which the payment was made.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, updating it by contacting our customer support via. writing to us on needskartretail@gmail.com (for more details, please check contact us section).

How do I cancel my Order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer support via. writing to us on needskartretail@gmail.com (for more details, please check contact us section).

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive the refund into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by redeeming Paytm wallet balance then, the refund will be initiated into Paytm wallet within a day of your order cancellation, which can be later transferred into your bank account, by contacting Paytm customer support team.
